Our Preferred Preparation for Halal Whole Chicken
So many options here. You can cook your halal chickens whole on the barbecue or stuffed in a roast, or break the chickens down into individual pieces. We recommend rubbing your halal chicken down with butter before seasoning it with salt, pepper, and herbs. And don’t forget to make a nice chicken stock with the leftover bones and trimmings!
