Constructing the perfect burger is an art form in and of itself; everyone has their preferred method, order and toppings. But there’s a non-negotiable for us, and that’s caramelized onions. They have the perfect balance of sweet and savoury while offering a true umami experience.

We love to dollop this caramelized onion spread on any of our Butcher Shoppe burgers before capping it off with a bun. The cooked patty slightly warms the caramelized onions, creating the most deliciously saucy bite.
