Snow-aging, or yukimuro, is a traditional technique that’s been used in Japan for over 200  years. Beef is placed in a chamber that is covered with snow and rice which allows it to  become incredibly tender as oxygen breaks down the fibres. Plus, this Snow Aged Wagyu 

Tenderloin is rated “A5,” the highest possible rating given to beef in Japan. It’s truly an  exquisite melt-in-your-mouth eating experience.

All on its own. Many of our customers prefer to prepare their wagyu, slice it up, and share each  morsel with friends and family so everyone can join in the experience. 

Our Preferred Preparation...  

We recommend that you sear this beautiful A5 Snow Aged Wagyu Tenderloin in a cast-iron skillet on  high heat. Don’t be afraid to season wagyu with some salt and fresh cracked pepper to get that  delicious outer crust.
