Constructing the perfect sandwich is an art form in and of itself; everyone has their preferred method, order and toppings. But we have a secret weapon, and that’s red pepper jelly. It has a little hint of sweetness to balance all of the savoury sandwich fillings, offering a true umami experience.

We use this red pepper jelly to make the ultimate grilled cheese with plenty of Butcher Shoppe bacon and a mixture of sharp cheeses on some thick-cut sourdough.
