The Birth of an Idea: Wagyu Beef Meets Iberico Pork
For a moment, envision the burger world's equivalent of caviar. It was a concept waiting for creation, an idea we couldn't resist bringing to life. The idea for our Wagyu Beef and Iberico Pork burger patty came about during one of our legendary team brainstorming sessions, where the theme was "Ultimate BBQ Creations." In the midst of the laughter, someone dared to ask, “What if we combined the most luxurious meats into one EPIC patty?”
And so, the adventure began. After creating and testing out the product, we knew this was the next big thing! We took the rich, buttery marbling of Wagyu Beef and paired it with the nutty, juicy excellence of Iberico Pork, Spain's prized delicacy. The result? A burger that’s not just different, but an entirely new taste experience. Imagine biting into a patty that is silky, flavourful, and utterly unique—something your taste buds have never encountered before. This summer, get ready to taste the fusion of culinary greatness!
A Never - Before - Seen Fusion of Flavours
What is the flavour profile?
Blending beef and pork offers us meticulous control over both texture and taste. The robust flavour of the Wagyu beef delivers a velvety, rich, savory essence, complemented by the Iberico Pork's sweet, polished notes. Our Gourmet Patties have a lean-to-fat ratio of 75:25, ensuring a flawlessly balanced patty that retains its succulence even during extended cooking, due to the optimal fat content derived from both meats.
The way the flavour develops is throughout the cooking process is dependent on factors such as genetics, kind of feed and the way the meat is handled. By mixing equal parts of Wagyu and Iberico, we achieve a fatty blend that prevents dryness and enhances flavour complexity. The fat in Iberico Pork, known for its rich taste, amplifies the beef's natural umami, resulting in the most luxurious gourmet burger experience out there.
