Our US Wagyu beef collection features cattle with a direct lineage to the renowned Kuroge Washu bloodline from Japan’s Mishima Island. We also harvest our Wagyu at just the right time – about 26 months of age on average – to ensure a beautiful marbling on the beef. These grass-fed wagyu cattle enjoy a balanced diet and are free from antibiotics and hormones, ensuring the highest quality in every animal.
