Sourced from the very best lamb farms in Canada, this lamb shoulder, with the bone in, makes for a high-quality centrepiece for your next fancy feast. Our lamb shoulder is full of flavour and will turn out incredibly juicy. You won’t need to carve this one, just flake the meat away and enjoy!
Potatoes, a delicious gravy and an acidic side like pickled red onions or a cucumber salad.
It has to be low and slow! We like to make 1-inch deep cuts in the meat and stuff these with a garlic clove and a sprig of rosemary.
Our Canadian lamb shoulder (bone in) is cut to order, then immediately vacuum sealed at its freshest, before being sent directly to your door on our own fleet of refrigerated trucks.
