Our Preferred Preparation for Canadian Lamb Leg

We recommend scoring the boneless leg of lamb and rubbing it with a mixture of garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper before roasting it in the oven until tender.

After seasoning, preheat the oven to the recommended temperature (usually around 325°F or 160°C), place the lamb leg in a roasting pan, and roast until it reaches the desired doneness. It's recommended to use a meat thermometer to ensure accurate cooking. Allow the lamb leg to rest before slicing and serving.
