The Butcher Shoppe began years and years ago selling sausages in the Kensington Market, so we take special pride in the quality of our sausages. This is smoked andouille sausage the way it should be. Handmade. All-natural. Seasoned to perfection.

Made from fresh pork shoulder, they are hand-twisted in natural hog casings by our own in-house sausage makers and are then smoked in our own on-site smokers using real wood—no liquid smoke or smoke flavours added. The result is a deeply flavourful sausage that has just the right balance of smokiness.

All sorts of soups and stews, like gumbo or jambalaya. 

Our Preferred Preparation... 

Our smoked andouille sausages come fully cooked. However, you won’t find a butcher among us that doesn’t recommend serving these flavourful links hot. You can heat them on the grill, in a pan, or chop them up and mix them into a simmering stew.

How It Ships...

Our andouille sausage is prepared to order, then immediately vacuum sealed at its freshest, before being sent directly to your door on our own fleet of refrigerated trucks.
