Butcher Shoppe Pancetta

Pancetta, or Italian bacon as it is commonly known in North America, is a staple in a variety of Italian dishes.

Add diced pancetta to your favorite slow-cook minestrone recipe. This will melt into the broth with the heat, helping to release that smooth, salty flavor that pancetta is known for.

Refrigerate Ontario Duroc pork and use within 3–4 days. Freeze vacuum-sealed for up to 6 months to preserve the natural marbling.
