Our Preferred Preparation for Lamb Chops

We prefer to marinade our lamb loin chops in lemon juice, herbs, and garlic, but you can also use a dry or wet rub. Your choice! We recommend cooking your lamb chop in a pan or on the grill until it's pink in the middle.
