Sourced from small-batch Canadian farms, our lamb loin chops come bone-in, fresh cut, and waiting for a hot grill or pan. Because loin chops are already so tender and juicy, they really don’t need much to bring out the flavour!

Our Preferred Preparation
We prefer to marinade our loin chops in lemon juice, herbs, and garlic, but you can also use a dry or wet rub. Your choice! We recommend cooking in a pan or on the grill until pink in the middle.
