Our Preferred Preparation for Lamb Loin Chops
We prefer to marinade our lamb chops in lemon juice, herbs, and garlic, but you can also use a dry or wet rub. Your choice! We recommend cooking your loin chop in a pan or on the grill until pink in the middle.

Our Canadian lamb loin chops are cut to order, then immediately vacuum sealed at their freshest, before being sent directly to your door on our own fleet of refrigerated trucks. Each package contains four four-ounce pieces.
