Get yourself some real, bonafide Canadian bacon. As opposed to our thick-cut peameal bacon, this cured pork loin rolled in cornmeal is about 6lbs and can be served however you like it.

Though we certainly don’t claim to have invented it, the peameal bacon sandwich is a really tasty way to enjoy this cut of meat.

Refrigerate Ontario Duroc pork and use within 3–4 days. Freeze vacuum-sealed for up to 6 months to preserve the natural marbling.
