The Butcher Shoppe is proud to carry this beautiful juniper smoked finishing salt from Newfoundland Salt Company. Produced in small handcrafted batches from the pure and clean waters of Trinity Bay in Bonavista, Newfoundland, it is smoked for a minimum of 8 hours using only low-lying juniper bush which gives an aromatic and sappy smoke flavour.

Once your steak has cooked and rested, generously sprinkle Newfoundland Sea Salt as a garnish in order to bring out the natural flavour of the meat.
