Produced in small handcrafted batches from the pure and clean waters of Trinity Bay in Bonavista, Newfoundland, it is smoked for a minimum of 8 hours using only low-lying juniper bush which gives an aromatic and sappy smoke flavour.
A beef or bison ribeye or striploin… take your pick!
Once your steak has cooked and rested, generously sprinkle Newfoundland Sea Salt as a garnish in order to bring out the natural flavour of the meat.
