Our Preferred Preparation for Beef Cheeks

You need to cook these low and slow with plenty of liquid, whether that’s in the form of a braise, stew or a set-it-and-forget-it slow cooker. Since this cut comes from the facial cheek of the animal a highly used muscle it needs a long cook time to tenderize and become truly melt-in-your-mouth delicious.
