Butcher Shoppe smoked back bacon is rich and flavourful. Popular in the UK and Ireland, we like to think of it as peameal bacon’s smoky cousin. Plus, we smoke it in our own on-site smokers using real wood —no liquid smoke or smoke flavours added!
