There’s just something special about handmade burgers. When you order from The Butcher Shoppe, your box of burgers will arrive fresh (never frozen) using 100% Canadian Ground Lamb. 

Lamb burgers offer a rich, slightly gamey flavour that sets them apart from traditional beef burgers. Made from fresh ground lamb from the shoulder, which has a higher fat content, keeping the patties juicy and flavorful when cooked. Enhanced by a quick sear on high heat, and they pair well with Mediterranean-inspired toppings like tzatziki, feta, and mint. Whether grilled or pan-seared, lamb burgers are a unique and delicious choice for burger lovers looking to switch things up.

To reduce the amount of plastic waste and to make it easy to freeze, our handmade burgers are now layer packed and prepared by the box instead of individually vacuum packed. Simply take out what you’re planning to grill that day and toss the rest in the freezer. Once frozen, the convenient dividers make it easy to remove a layer to thaw for your next gathering.

    Our handmade burgers are ground by hand to order at our Toronto butcher shop, then immediately layer packed at their freshest. Our burgers are then sent to your door within 12-24 hours of your order. We deliver to the greater Toronto area and you can also stop by our store to pick up your burgers in-person.
