There’s a little secret that the pros in The Butcher Shoppe's poultry department would like to share: keep the skin on your chicken breast because that’s where all the flavor is. Our boneless skin-on chicken breast is always air chilled and hand cut fresh to order from all natural, free range chickens sourced from local Canadian farms. What you’ll find is that this combination of air chilling and skin-on presentation makes for a tender, juicy flavour that you won’t find with a regular chicken breast. If you're looking for boneless skin-on chicken breast in the Toronto area, order online today for pick up or delivery from The Butcher Shoppe!

Goes Great With...

Enjoy your chicken breast with a bed of well prepared rice and a fresh salad.

Our Preferred Preparation for Skin-On Chicken Breast

We like to pan sear these boneless chicken breasts skin side down, flip, and continue cooking until the juices run clear. From there, you can slice up your chicken breasts and mix them into a vegetable stir fry and serve over rice.

How Much Does Boneless Skin-On Chicken Breast Cost?

We have 6oz chicken breasts for $3.80 and 8oz breasts for $5.07. *Prices are subject to change. See the top of this page for the most current pricing.

    How It Ships...

Our boneless skin-on chicken breast is hand cut to order in our Toronto butcher shop. From there, we immediately vacuum seal your order at its freshest, before shipping the chicken breasts directly to your door. We can deliver throughout the greater Toronto area (up to 250-300km from the city). We also have in-store pick up available.

What Shoppers Like You Are Asking

A heavy pan like cast iron or a hot grill is best for getting a perfect sear, but any sturdy skillet will work. Add tongs and a meat thermometer, and you’re all set to cook a flawless steak.

USDA Prime has the highest level of marbling, which means more tenderness, juiciness, and flavour compared to USDA Choice. It’s the same quality you’ll find served at top steakhouses.

Filet mignon is a specific steak cut from the tenderloin, while tenderloin refers to the larger primal cut that contains it. Both are exceptionally tender, but filet mignon is often considered the most delicate, while the full tenderloin offers more flavour.
