Butcher Shoppe lamb comes from sustainable multi-generation family farms in Western Canada. Our diced lamb is hand-cut by our team of expert butchers into 1” – 1.5” size pieces. Perfect for braising, stewing or in any kind of hearty slow-cooked dish.
