Hot Italian Sausage

Talk about a sausage with history, it doesn’t get much better than the classic hot Italian sausage.

Ingredients: Pork, Water, Spice (salt, sugar, spices & spice extract, garlic powder), Paprika, Cayenne pepper.

Grill over medium heat or pan-fry in a little oil 8–10 minutes, turning regularly. Cook to 160°F internal. Rest 3 minutes before serving.

Arrives fresh. Keep refrigerated and use within 3–5 days, or freeze for longer storage.
