Tips from the Butcher

We grind our ground chuck from whole shoulder muscle, never trim, so you’re getting pure ingredients. Grinding whole muscle keeps the flavour clean and the texture consistent, just the way we have done for generations.

Preferred Preparation

Grill patties over high heat 4 minutes per side, pressing only once. Let them cook undisturbed for a deep, flavourful sear.

Storage & Freshness

Arrives fresh. Keep refrigerated and use within 3–5 days, or freeze for longer storage.
