Each piece is cut from carefully cured chorizos made from purebred Ibérico pigs raised freely and fed exclusively on acorns. The result is a rich, balanced, and aromatic chorizo — spicy, sweet, and delicately smoky — that melts beautifully on the palate.

Serving note: This 600g piece is sold unsliced. As a dry-cured product, its firm texture requires slicing on a professional meat slicer. Hand slicing with a standard kitchen knife is not recommended.
