Avacado sliced

Red Onion ½ cup diced

Roma Tomatoes 1 cup diced

Cilantro ½ cup

Lime juice

Mayonnaise ¾ cup

Garlic 2 cloves

Directions
Season the sirloin steak generously with salt and black pepper. Sear on one side in a hot pan with olive oil. Transfer to a 350°F oven for about 5 minutes. Rest 10 minutes before slicing. Chef recommended steak temperature medium rare 130–135°F.
Prepare cilantro lime crema by blending mayonnaise, garlic, lime juice and cilantro. Prepare pico with red onion, tomatoes, cilantro and lime. Build bowl with rice, corn, beans, steak, avocado and crema.
