Freshly grind the Australian Wagyu Chuck Flat
Shape 6 oz of the freshly ground Wagyu into a loose, hand-formed patty — just enough to hold togethe
Season both sides generously with salt.
Place the patty on the hot skillet. Sear for 2–3 minutes on the first side until a golden-brown crust forms.
Flip, then top with a slice of American cheese. Cover briefly to melt the cheese fully. Cook to your desired doneness.
In the same pan or a clean skillet, melt butter and toast the cut sides of the brioche bun until golden and crisp.
Build the burger:
Spread burger sauce on the bottom bun.Add a layer of shredded iceberg lettuce.
Place the cooked Wagyu patty with melted cheese on top.
Add raw white onion rings and dill pickle slices.
Spread more sauce on the top bun, then close the burger.
