  • 3 tbsp Wagyu beef tallow
  • ½ cup popcorn kernels
  • 1–2 tsp The Butcher Shoppe Steak Spice
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Heat the tallow in a large pot over medium-high heat until melted and hot.
  2. Add popcorn kernels and cover with a lid, leaving it slightly ajar to let steam escape.
  3. Shake the pot occasionally to keep kernels from burning. Remove from heat once popping stops and transfer to a large bowl.
  4. Sprinkle steak spice and salt over the hot popcorn, tossing well to coat.
  5. Serve immediately — perfect for movie night!
