- 3 tbsp Wagyu beef tallow
- ½ cup popcorn kernels
- 1–2 tsp The Butcher Shoppe Steak Spice
- Salt
Directions
- Heat the tallow in a large pot over medium-high heat until melted and hot.
- Add popcorn kernels and cover with a lid, leaving it slightly ajar to let steam escape.
- Shake the pot occasionally to keep kernels from burning. Remove from heat once popping stops and transfer to a large bowl.
- Sprinkle steak spice and salt over the hot popcorn, tossing well to coat.
- Serve immediately — perfect for movie night!
