“Made from 100% locally raised Ontario chicken.”
We hand cut our boneless and skinless organic chicken breasts to order from chickens raised locally on free-run Ontario farms. Our organic chicken is air chilled, instead of water chilled, which helps to retain the chicken's beautiful colour and natural flavour without extra water weight. Enjoy our fresh, all-natural organic chicken sourced locally!

Most grillmasters have their own proprietary recipes for grilled chicken. When it comes to our boneless and skinless organic chicken breasts, we like to keep it simple. Mix up your favorite marinade in a ziploc bag—say, vinegar, honey, oil, mustard, and lemon juice?—add your chicken breasts, and let it sit for a couple of hours. When the grill is hot, cook the chicken for a couple minutes on each side.
If you plan to broil your organic chicken breasts, first get your broiler going on high. Slice the chicken breasts in half (lengthwise) and then cover them with a seasoning of your choosing. We like to use olive oil, salt, pepper, and a cajun spice mix. Finally, place the chicken breasts on the broiler rack and cook them 4-5 minutes on each side.
To pan fry your organic chicken breast, first pat the poultry dry and then coat the chicken in a mix of flour, pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Heat a generous drizzle of oil in a pan on medium heat and then sear the chicken breast for 4-5 minutes on each side.
