Pancetta - Sliced

Sometimes called the “Italian miracle worker,” pancetta—or cured pork belly—brings out the best in a range of classic Italian dishes.

Though the options are many, we like to add thinly sliced crispy pancetta to a panini, alongside fresh basil and fresh mozzarella.

Refrigerate Ontario Duroc pork and use within 3–4 days. Freeze vacuum-sealed for up to 6 months to preserve the natural marbling.
