Cut fresh from super high-quality, locally sourced pork belly, then salt-cured in-house for one week before being hickory smoked, our thick-sliced bacon is… well… it’s something else. Each bite has an excellent balance of salt and smoke factor, making this bacon great as a standalone breakfast snack or accompaniment to your favourite sandwich, pasta, or even salad.
Honestly, we like to eat thick sliced bacon all by itself (one of our many guilty pleasures). In talking with some of the local restaurants we supply, thick sliced bacon makes a fantastic breakfast side or addition to scrambles, lunch sandwiches, cobb salads, and of course…BURGERS.
For breakfast or brunch, enhance the flavors of our thick-cut bacon by pairing it with our maple syrups. Drizzle our Dark Maple Syrup over the bacon to experience a harmonious contrast of its caramelly intensity with the savory, smoky notes. Alternatively, try our Amber Maple Syrup for a perfect balance of sweetness and a subtle woodsy undertone to complement the bacon's rich flavors.

To give your bacon a luscious, caramelized finish, drizzle it with one of our premium-grade maple syrups and grill, bake or pan-fry on medium heat to create a sugary, smoky outer crust.
Our thick-sliced bacon is cut fresh to order and immediately vacuum sealed in a 1lb bag that is sent to your door on our own fleet of refrigerated trucks. Upon receiving your bacon, immediately refrigerate it. Vacuum-sealed thick cut bacon will keep about 4 weeks in the refrigerator, or up to year in your deep freeze.
