BAKED BRIE & PANCETTA IN FILO

Ingredients
- 6 sheets Filo pastry
- 1 cup Melted butter
- 1 block Brie
- 12 slices The Butcher Shoppe pancetta
- 1 can cranberry sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450F (230C)
- Lay 1 sheet of filo pastry on surface. With a brush, spread butter over the pastry. Place the second sheet on top.
- Repeat with all filo sheets
- Overlap 6 pancetta slices in the centre of the pastry
- Place brie on pancetta
- Add two tablespoons of cranberry sauce on brie
- Layer the remaining pancetta on top
- Fold the filo over the top to make a parcel
- Place in oven and bake until pastry is golden brown. Approximately 20-25 minutes
