BAKED BRIE & PANCETTA IN FILO

Ingredients

  • 6 sheets Filo pastry
  • 1 cup Melted butter
  • 1 block Brie
  • 12 slices The Butcher Shoppe pancetta
  • 1 can cranberry sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450F (230C)
  2. Lay 1 sheet of filo pastry on surface. With a brush, spread butter over the pastry. Place the second sheet on top.
  3. Repeat with all filo sheets
  4. Overlap 6 pancetta slices in the centre of the pastry
  5. Place brie on pancetta
  6. Add two tablespoons of cranberry sauce on brie
  7. Layer the remaining pancetta on top
  8. Fold the filo over the top to make a parcel
  9. Place in oven and bake until pastry is golden brown. Approximately 20-25 minutes
