MINI BAKED BRIE & PANCETTA IN FILO

Ingredients

  • 6 sheets Filo pastry
  • 1 cup Melted butter
  • 6 chunks Brie
  • 12 slices The Butcher Shoppe pancetta
  • 1 can cranberry sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (170C)
  2. Lay 1 sheet of filo pastry on surface. With a brush, spread butter over the pastry. Place the second sheet on top
  3. Repeat with all filo sheets
  4. Divide sheet into 6 even squares
  5. Place one slice of pancetta in the centre of the pastry
  6. Place brie on pancetta
  7. Add one teaspoon of cranberry sauce on Brie and top with another slice of pancetta
  8. Fold the filo over the top to make a parcel
  9. Place in oven and bake until pastry is golden brown. Approximately 20-25 minutes
