MINI BAKED BRIE & PANCETTA IN FILO

Ingredients
- 6 sheets Filo pastry
- 1 cup Melted butter
- 6 chunks Brie
- 12 slices The Butcher Shoppe pancetta
- 1 can cranberry sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F (170C)
- Lay 1 sheet of filo pastry on surface. With a brush, spread butter over the pastry. Place the second sheet on top
- Repeat with all filo sheets
- Divide sheet into 6 even squares
- Place one slice of pancetta in the centre of the pastry
- Place brie on pancetta
- Add one teaspoon of cranberry sauce on Brie and top with another slice of pancetta
- Fold the filo over the top to make a parcel
- Place in oven and bake until pastry is golden brown. Approximately 20-25 minutes
