Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lay the bacon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake until crispy, about 15–20 minutes. Remove and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.Bake frozen hashbrown patties according to package instructions, or until golden and crispy on both sides. You can also pan-fry them for extra crunch. Set aside.
In a nonstick pan over medium-low heat, melt butter or heat oil. Crack in the eggs, season with salt, and scramble gently until just set. Remove from heat.
Place your flour tortilla on a dry skillet or griddle over medium heat for 20–30 seconds per side, until soft and pliable.
Fold in the sides, then roll the burrito tightly from the bottom up to seal all the fillings inside.
Place the burrito seam-side down on a hot griddle or pan. Press gently and cook until golden brown and sealed, about 1–2 minutes per side.
