Duck eggs are everything you know and love about chicken eggs, but taken to the next level. They’re slightly larger, richer and creamier but can be cooked however you would normally prepare chicken eggs. Duck eggs are known for having a greater yolk-to-white ratio with a higher concentration of nutrients and protein.
