A flavourful marinade. Look for something that includes an acidic component like citrus, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce.
Hanger steaks only need a few minutes of cooking per side, so fire up the grill or heat up a cast iron skillet and cook on high. Remember to let the steak rest for 10 minutes or so before slicing and serving.
