Fresh Chorizo Sausage

Made from fresh ground shoulder cuts of pork that are hand-twisted in natural hog casings by our own in-house sausage makers.

Ingredients: Pork, Water, Paprika, Salt, Black pepper, Crushed chilies, Caraway (ground), White pepper, Garlic, Dextrose.

Grill over medium heat or pan-fry in a little oil 8–10 minutes, turning regularly. Cook to 160°F internal. Rest 3 minutes before serving.

Arrives fresh. Keep refrigerated and use within 3–5 days, or freeze for longer storage.
