Order Cancellation Policy
All orders are prepared specifically for each customer.
To receive a full refund, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24
hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund if they have already been prepared, packaged, or allocated.
Pickup orders that are not collected on the scheduled date will be held for a limited time but are not eligible for cancellation or refund after the pickup date has passed.
