Fresh Sausages
Our fresh sausages are made the old-school way, starting with thte whole shoulder clod that is ground in-house, seasoned by hand, and carefully mixed for the right texture and flavour. Each batch is then hand-stuffed into natural casings by our butchers, giving the sausages their proper bite, juicy centre, and satisfying snap.
