The Butcher Shoppe began years and years ago selling sausages in the Kensington Market, so we take special pride in the quality of our sausages. This is fresh chorizo the way it should be. You can make patties or sausages with this incredible grind. Ingredients: Freshly ground pork shoulder, Water, Paprika, Salt, Black pepper, Crushed chilies, Caraway ground, White pepper, Garlic, Dextrose.
Preferred Preparation
Make them into burgers and grill over medium heat or pan-fry in a little oil 8–10 minutes, turning regularly. Cook to 160°F internal. Rest 3 minutes before serving.
