Duroc pork cutlets have more flavour than standard pork — pound to uniform thickness for even cooking. A quick pan sear is all they need.

Cook Ontario Duroc pork to 145°F internal and rest 5 minutes. Pair with apple, mustard, or herb sauces.

Arrives fresh. Keep refrigerated and use within 3–5 days, or freeze for longer storage.
