Foie Gras

The Butcher Shoppe's rougie foie gras comes from a family-owned farm in Quebec where they’ve been raising ducks sustainably for almost one hundred and fifty years!

We like letting the foie gras really shine by simply serving it on a slice of toasted baguette with some white pepper.

Refrigerate opened duck specialty products and consume within 3–5 days. Keep sealed and refrigerated until ready to plate.
