Wagyu Hotdog

Most people never stop to think about what's actually in their hot dog. Ours is made from Wagyu beef. This is the hot dog reimagined by a butcher, and once you've had one, there's no going back. Ingredients: Wagyu beef, Water, Modified potato starch, Modified corn starch, Wheat flour, Salt, Spices, Spice extracts, Sodium phosphate, Sugar, Sodium erythorbate, Carrageenan, Smoke and Sodium nitrite.

Grill over medium heat 10–12 minutes, turning regularly. Cook to 160°F internal and rest 3 minutes before serving.

Arrives frozen. Use within 3-5 days of thawing. Refreeze only if thawed in fridge.
