Weisswurst Sausage

Our Weisswurst is made only with pork, seasoned simply with parsley and warming spices. Delicate in flavour, pale in colour, and true to its Bavarian roots — this is Weisswurst the way it should be: handmade, all-natural, and crafted with pride.

Ingredients: Pork, Water, Salt, Binder (wheat flour, modified corn starch, potato starch), spice mix (spice (mustard),dextrose, salt, lemon extract), Phosphate, Sodium erythorbate, Dextrose, Dehydrated parsley flakes.

Contains: Wheat

Grill over medium heat or pan-fry in a little oil 8–10 minutes, turning regularly. Cook to 160°F internal. Rest 3 minutes before serving.

Arrives frozen. Use within 3-5 days of thawing.

Hand packed and shipped frozen in temperature-controlled conditions.
