You can make patties or sausages with this incredible grind. Ingredients: Freshly ground pork shoulder, Water, Paprika, Salt, Black pepper, Crushed chilies, Caraway ground, White pepper, Garlic, Dextrose.

Arrives fresh. Keep refrigerated and use within 3–5 days, or freeze for longer storage.
