Smoked Andouille Sausage

Our smoked andouille sausages are made from fresh pork shoulder, hand-twisted in natural hog casings by our in-house sausage makers, and then smoked on-site with smokers using real wood—no liquid smoke or smoke flavours added! Ingredients: Pork, Water, Salt, Binder (wheat flour, modified corn starch, potato starch), Spice (spices & spice extract, sugars (dextrose), garlic powder, onion powder smoke flavor, silicone dioxide), Prague powder (salt, sodium nitrite, glycerin, sodium bicarbonate), Crushed chilies, Sodium erythorbate, Garlic, Dextrose.
