Our smoked andouille sausages come fully cooked. However, you won’t find a butcher among us that doesn’t recommend serving these flavourful links hot.

Ingredients: Pork, Water, Salt, Binder (wheat flour, modified corn starch), Spice (spices & spice extracts, dextrose, garlic powder, onion powder, smoke flavor), Prague powder (salt, sodium nitrite, glycerin, sodium bicarbonate), Crushed chilies, Sodium erythorbate, Garlic, Dextrose.
