Ingredients: Wagyu beef, Water, Modified potato starch, Modified corn starch, Wheat flour, Salt, Spices, Spice extracts, Sodium phosphate, Sugar, Sodium erythorbate, Carrageenan, Smoke and Sodium nitrite.
Arrives frozen. Use within 3-5 days of thawing. Refreeze only if thawed in fridge.
