Guanciale is an Italian meat product made from dry cured pork jowl, and it's something of a specialty!

Preferred Preparation

Most authentic Italian dishes require that you pan-fry your guanciale to render the fat. We recommend cutting your guanciale into small cubes before placing them in a pan over medium heat for 2-5 minutes.

Storage & Freshness

Refrigerate Ontario Duroc pork and use within 3–4 days. Freeze vacuum-sealed for up to 6 months to preserve the natural marbling.
