We think turkey burgers are so underrated and delicious. Build your patties using some seasoning, garlic, egg, then roll them in breadcrumbs before getting them going on a skillet.

Refrigerate and use within 1–2 days. Freeze portioned local ground turkey up to 3 months — thaw overnight in the fridge before cooking.
