We recommend patting your turkey leg dry with a paper towel, coating with a seasoned butter mixture (there are plenty of recipe variations available on the internet), before roasting in the oven.

Refrigerate and use within 2 days of purchase. Freeze local turkey cuts vacuum-sealed for up to 6 months.
