Ingredients: Salt, spices & spice extracts (pepper), dehydrated garlic & onion, sugars (sugar), lemon oil, citric acid, canola oil.

Our air-chilled whole spatchcock chicken is fully butterflied with the backbone removed for quicker, more even cooking, while still keeping the wings and drumsticks bone-in for added flavour. We season each bird in-house with our lemon pepper spice, making it an easy, ready-to-cook option for the oven.

Arrives fresh. Keep refrigerated and use within 3–5 days, or freeze for longer storage.
