Prime 850 Club beef represents the top 5% of USDA Prime, selected for exceptional quality and marbling. Each tomahawk is finished with Pat LaFrieda’s signature engraving, a closely guarded technique that makes every steak feel one of a kind.

Preferred Preparation

For the best result, reverse-sear the tomahawk and finish it over high heat. Let it rest, bring it to the table whole, and carve it beside the engraved bone.

Storage & Freshness

Refrigerate and use within 3–5 days of purchase. Freeze vacuum-sealed for up to 12 months without sacrificing quality.
