All Beef Butcher Shoppe Frank 7"

The all-beef Butcher Shoppe frank is one of our customer favorites. Our franks are made in-house by our expert sausage makers using 100% beef and hand twisted in natural lamb casings.

Just throw them on the grill and eat them Chicago style (our favorite): yellow mustard, chopped white onion, pickle relish, dill pickle spear, tomato slices, sport peppers, and celery salt, all on a poppy seed

Refrigerate and use within 2 days. Freeze sausages up to 2 months; thaw overnight in the fridge. Never refreeze once thawed.
